Aircraft Spins Uncontrollably into Palm Groves at Well-Known California Beach
An aircraft hovering above a popular California coastline unexpectedly commenced twirling wildly, eventually descending rapidly and plunging into a line of palm fronds as spectators looked on.
Videos posted on social media show the aircraft starting to spin near Huntington Beach then falling towards the perimeter of the shore, where it ends up lodged among palm trees and a set of stairs adjacent to the shoreline route.
Emergency Response Details
Local firefighters stated five people were transported to a medical facility including two individuals who were in the chopper and were “rescued from the debris” following the crash on that day.
Three individuals on the street were harmed. Specifics on their condition were still under review.
The reason for the accident was not yet disclosed.
